How to activate inactive sales force member

Introduction

The 'Sales Force Member' SFM who is 'Inactive' will be activated automatically in Odoo once their previous month's pay-in sheet is captured. The 'Active Status' is automatically changed in the system, the Contact Centre Manager must follow the following process on Odoo to configure it.

Responsible Team

  • Contact Centre Team Manager
  • Contact Centre Team Leader

Navigate to your Odoo dashboard and click on this application: Sales Force

Navigate as follows to get to the correct screen:

Sales Force/Pay-in sheets

Once the 'Pay-In Sheets' have been clicked, you will land on a screen that looks like this:

Process

  1. On the dropdown as shown below, click 'Active Status Configuration'.
  2. After clicking Active Status Configuration you should now land on a screen that looks like this:
  3. Select the 'Reference Pay-In Sheets Date' from the dropdown arrow.
  4. Select the 'Next Schedule Run Date/Time' from the dropdown arrow and the 'Time' on the clock as shown on the screen below:
  5. Click [UPDATE CONFIGURATION].
    After updating the configuration, the schedule will run automatically during the date and time selected.
