How to call the Leads and Recruits

Introduction

A 'Potential Lead' becomes part of BBB through recruiting, which can be internal or external. These recruits are then placed into a campaign within the 'TaskFlow' system, and agents are tasked with calling them. Moreover, if BBB notices that some Sales Force Members (SFM) have ceased selling, the contact center manager or team leader is responsible for adding these 'Recruits' to a 'Recruiting' campaign. The recruiting calls take place within the 'Discuss' application of TaskFlow.

Navigate to your TaskFlow dashboard and click on this application: Discuss

Navigate as follows to get to the correct screen:

Once the agent clicks 'Discuss' she will be logged into the system and lands on a screen that looks like this:

Process

  1. Click [Campaign] dropdown arrow.
  2. Select [Recruiting], as shown in the screen below:
  3. Click [Next Call].
  4. When you dialed the 'Lead', the system will open up the Lead's information and you will see her/his details on the right side of the screen.

  1. On the dropdown, select the 'Language Options'.
  2. On the 'Landbot' (Rethalina) screen under the Lead's information, fill in the Lead's details in the following format:
    1. Click [Continue], to start the onboarding process.
    2. Carry on with filling in the questionnaire in the 'Landbot' (Rethalina) until the recruitment process is complete.
    3. Click [Save].
  3. Click [Select an outcome].
  4. Select the outcome from the 'Disposition' dropdown.
  5. Click [Save].
  6. If you want to continue with the next call, Click [Next Call].
    If there are no more Lead in the 'Campaign' or some are scheduled to be called later, you will see a message that says 'Done for now!'.
  7. Otherwise, click [Leave] if you want to leave the campaign.
  8. On the [Leave Campaign], select the [Note] and write the reason for leaving the campaign.
  9. Click either [Leave Campaign] button or [Leave and Logout] button.
    1. When you done for the day, click [Leave and Logout] button and 'Login' again to make the next call.
    2. Once the calls are done and you want to log out, go to your name on the far right corner.
  10. On the dropdown, click [Log out].
