How to create a user

Introduction

After TaskFlow is installed on a user's computer, the manager or team leader needs to create a profile for them in the system. Once created, the user will have the ability to receive inbound calls, make outbound calls, and be included in campaigns.

Responsible Team

  • ICT/TaskFlow
  • Contact Centre Manager
  • Contact Centre Team Leader

Navigate to your TaskFlow dashboard and click on this application: Settings

Navigate as follows to get to the correct screen:

Once the contact centre manager or team leader clicks 'Settings' she will be logged into the system and lands on a screen that looks like this:

Process

  1. Click [Create], and you will see the screen below:
  2. Enter the name, surname and email address of the user as shown in the diagram above.
On Access Rights:
  1. Select 'User' from the 'Campaign' dropdown.
  2. Select 'Agent' from the 'Voice' dropdown.
  3. Select 'User' from the 'Status' dropdown.
  4. Select 'User: All Documents' from the 'Sales' dropdown.
On Preferences
  1. Go to :
    1. Localization: add the 'BBB Agent Code' (this is the Landbot/Rethalina agent code).
    2. VoIP Configuration: select 'Search More' from the 'Extension' dropdown, you will the screen below:
      1. Click [Create].
      2. Enter the 'Extension' number you will like to assign to a user.
      3. Enter the 'Extension' number on 'Secret'.
      4. Click [Save].
      5. Select 'Voice' from the 'Team' dropdown.
  2. After creating a user, she/he will be able to be receive inbound calls, make outbound calls and can also be added on 'Campaigns'.
To edit the User:
  1. Select the 'User' from the list and you will see the screen as shown below:
  2. Click [Edit].
  3. Edit any information that needs to be edited on 'Application Accesses'.
  4. To change the user's password:
    1. Click on [Action].
    2. Select 'Change Password' on the dropdown.
    3. Enter the new User's password as shown on the screen below:
    4. Click [Change Password].
  5. To remove the user:
    1. Click on [Active] button as shown below:
  6. Click [Save].
  7. To log out, go to your profile on the far top right.
  8. On the dropdown, click [Log out].
